Fees & Insurance

I currently accept Anthem (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna (Evernorth), Magellan & United insurance. I am opted out of Medicare, but offer private contracts for Medicare enrollees. All payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. I will provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network claims. Check, credit card, HSA, and cash are accepted. I do not currently offer sliding scale for new clients. Couples Initial and Follow-up Sessions are private pay only.

• Follow-up Individual Sessions: $125
• Follow-up Couples Sessions: $150
